Contact Manager - Contacts are managed in a very easy-to-use module. Relevant details can be added quickly to each contact.

  • Names - Store first names, last names, middle names, prefixes, and suffixes.
  • Emails - Store as many email addresses as needed for a contact.
  • Addresses - Store as many physical or mailing addresses as needed.
  • Phone Numbers - Store phone numbers (mobile, office, etc.) as well as fax numbers.
  • Notes and History - Notes and history can be tracked for each contact. A date/time stamp is added to each entry and is unchangeable so you can have a reliable, accurate log of contact interactions.
  • Relationship Connections - Tie contacts to one another based on business, family, or other relationship. A link is created to quickly browse through related contacts.
  • Company Involvement - Associate a contact to any companies they belong to.
  • Attributes - Add unlimited custom attributes and assign them to the appropriate contacts.

Company Manager - Keep your contacts and companies separate so you can maintain entity data even when contacts are no longer involved with an organization.

  • Name - Store the company name.
  • Address - Store physical and mailing addresses as needed.
  • Phone Numbers - Store phone numbers and fax numbers for quick reference.
  • Locations - Keep locations independent so contacts and users can be assigned to a specific location.

Attribute Manager - An attribute is a detail tied to a contact. For example, a contact may like a certain beverage, be a lead from a specific source, or any number of details.

  • Normal Attributes - Standard information about contacts is stored as a normal attribute.
  • Sensitive Attributes - Attributes like social security numbers, credit cards, or other key data is stored as sensitive so you can segregate the users who have access to various attributes.

List Manager - The list manager allows you to segregate and filter contacts into lists for use in marketing and other business efforts. The lists are made available to the Market Toolkit email broadcast tool and other modules.

API - The API allows you to connect the Market Toolkit contacts to other applications. Contacts can be imported, modified, and exported on demand in real time.

Daily Data Backup - Data in the Market Toolkit is backed up daily and stored safely for unlikely catastrophic events.

Cloud Hosting - Data is stored on our cloud platform. Cloud capacity grows as needed. If more processor power is needed, it is added. If memory is needed, it is added. Your access to the system is very unlikely to slow or go offline.

Anywhere Access - You can access your contacts from anywhere you have Internet access. Simply log in from anywhere.

Import/Export Tool - Data may be imported or exported with CSV files, which are Excel compatible.
